We believe that the best testimony to the quality of our service can
only come from our existing satisfied customers.  Therefore, if an
existing customer refers a new customer, their account will be
credited with TWICE* the amount of the new customer's monthly charge, in
the month when the new customer comes on line.

If a current customer has referred several new customers that come on
line in the same month, these credits can be accumulated. Accumulated
credits that exceed the referring customer's monthly charge will be
applied to future months (sorry - no refunds).

If several existing customers claim the referral credit from a
particluar new customer, the existing customer who was in contact with
the new customer first will receive the credit.
